ANCHOR #1: salvationRomans 10:9-10
God’s first command is to be saved. Before we can enlist in the Lord’s Service, we must first settle our salvation. The Romans Road is taught along with Who Jesus Is and why He came. When we trust Jesus Christ as Saviour, we become a new creature to live for Him.

Roman meets The Commander and learns that God has commands that He wants us to follow. The Commander leads Roman down the Romans Road, and Roman shares his testimony of being saved on his roadtrip. He realizes that was the greatest decision he has ever made, and is excited to see what other commands are in God’s Word.

ANCHOR #2: surrenderRomans 12:1-2
We cannot truly serve Him unless we are fully surrendered to Him. Focuses on giving our lives totally to the Lord. Regardless of what our friends may say, when we live a surrendered life, the only thing we miss out on is heartache and pain.

Although Roman has things he would like to accomplish in his life, The Commander gently shows Roman the joy comes from surrendering our lives to the Lord. Friends try to pressure and persuade Roman go the way of the world, yet Roman sees through the Truths of God’s Word what is possible if he fully surrenders his life to Him.

sERVICERomans 12:4-5
Does God want me to enlist in His service? God’s desire is for us not only to be saved, but He wants us to totally surrendered to Him and be in His service! We can serve by allowing Christ to live through us, and sharing the Gospel with our family and friends.

The Commander explains to Roman what it means to enlist in the Lord’s Service. Roman asks how he can be a witness to his friends, and learns how he can share his story with them of what the Lord did in his life. The Commander gives him resources to share with his friends, and Roman shares a Gospel tract with his friend, and he sees his friend get saved.
